We cannot speak to Marc’s acumen in a service role on a dining room floor

and incredible wines of the magical land of Lebanon.
**Marc’s contract requires that he works roughly two hours then relaxes for two hours then works two hours, then enjoys glasses of Arak for two hours…uhmmm, I want to be Marc Hochar!
