*Pedro will be working the floor as our Master Blaster of Terra Firma. 
And since this will be the first time he has ever worked the floor, god only knows what will happen.
Suffice it to say, it will be a learning experience for all of us.
He will be front of house from 4:30pm ‘til roughly 9:00pm (save for a 75 minute sojourn into our Cellar Room).

*And who is this Pedro Parra?
-Pedro is a man from Chile, presently living in Concepcion
-Pedro has a Ph.D. from the Institut National Agronomique de Paris-Grignon...and that Ph.D. is in TERROIR!
-Pedro studied rocks...and only rocks...he does not have any degrees in winemaking
-Pedro consults with winemakers all over the world, helping them to craft terroir-expressive wines
-Pedro loves jazz
-Pedro does not like Coca Cola wines
