a Tasting of Chardonnay...on Halloween...SCARY!

Well, this is going to be a blast.
And by blast, we believe this night has the potential to be the wine event of the year.
Because we are going to celebrate the greatest grape created by the wine gods:
CHARDONNAY
We will deep dive into the many wine areas on the planet where 
the Chardonnay grape thrives and gives voice to terroir & yumminess: 
Burgundy / Champagne / California / Australia / South Africa / Chile +++
One of the many glories of the grape is its ability to grow almost everywhere.
Another one of its attributes is that it loves to be made by winemakers...
meaning that it abides by what the vigneron would like to craft 
and then reflects that onto the imbiber.
So, on this night, we will explore together 
the grape / the vineyards / the winemakers / the many styles of the wine.
And why might this all be so scary?!
No clue...but we will try to figure that out together.
The specifics of the event:
-it will be a walk-around tasting, with at least 35 Chardonnays, from around the Chardonnay world
-there will be foodstuffs...Chefs Bryce & Adrian are going deep into the Chardonnay culinary scene
-there will be a conversation about Chardonnay
*we can only encourage you to wear a costume...it is not necessary...though I plan to dress as my favorite Chardonnay!
