in a freewheeling conversation about his new book, Angels in the Cellar*.
Peter's book is a moving testament about living amongst the vines
on his tiny estate in AOC Vouvray, along the Loire River in France.
Peter's wines are living things, crackling with electric intensity and ageworthy complexity.
We will enjoy a flight of his recent vintages
and hear from Peter about what it's like to make wines in rhythm with the seasons.
