Italian Wine 101 - a grandissimo 4 class deep dive

Italy has been crafting wine since humankind started paying
serious attention to wine...which is another way of saying FOREVER.
And seemingly, grapes grow ever so effortlessly here; that is the reason
why the Greeks originally called this masterpiece of terra firma Oenotria.
Simply put, as wine growing countries go, no one can compete with Italy
when it comes to the insane variety of their indigenous grapes
AND the sheer yumminess of their wines.
Our 4-part Italian Wine Class
will visit every one of the 20 regions
(at least verbally...wine-wise, we will visit 9 regions)
We will delve into history / culture / religion / foodstuffs.
Our goal is to make you eminently comfortable and curious
with the vinous glory that is Italy.

I will reach out individually if that is the case.
PLEASE EMAIL PAUL GRIECO (pgrieco@wineisterroir.com) WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
***the session will be held on ZOOM; we will send along the sign-on info
