New Years Eve 2023...at Terroir...CRAZY

New Years Eve 2023.
There will be wine and food and song.
Ohhhhhh, there will be lots of wine...we are very thirsty people after all.
There will be food because we cannot imagine wine without nibbles.
We might sing "Celebration" (Kool & the Gang's version) because we aspire to be better.
We will not sing "Auld Lang Syne" because we are not that good.
It will be celebratory because we are super stoked about 2024 
(and our reminiscences of 2023 are Riesling-clouded).
Fashion-wise, we might wear yellow underwear (hola! Chile) 
or a polka dot dress (kumusta! Philippines) or a white pant suit (Ola! Brazil).
The specifics of the event:
-it will be a walk-around tasting, with at least 40 wines sparkling wines
     -we will venture to all the glorious places on this wine planet 
       where wines with bubbles are the ne plus ultra
     -yes, there will be deep dives into Champagne + Italy (Prosecco & Lambrusco) 
      + Spain (Cava) + Germany (Sekt) + Portugal + Austria + South Africa + America 
      + Brazil + Australia ++
-there will be foodstuffs, all celebratory of a coming new year
-there will be surprises...not sure what they are as I am not in the know
-there will be party favors, because it is appropriate
