Professor Joe is probably most excited about teaching this one. 
What wines drink best with Mom’s cookies, Italian panettone, or
Chinese food on Christmas morning? 
Is there an ideal wine for Wham!’s 1984 all time classic, “Last Christmas”? 
Or James Brown’s Christmas album? 
Or re-watching Bruce Willis in Die Hard for the 11th year in a row? 
Are these things even ontologically know-able? 
Let’s find out!
The specifics of the event:
-it will be a seated gathering, at communal tables
-6 wines will be enjoyed during the class + a welcome wine
-there will be a snack, because we  want your bellies to be happy
-there will be instruction and conversation...this is a class after all...
lasting roughly 60 minutes...
-there will not be a test at the finish of the class
