Sunday Wine Class - The Original Six

The Original Six…yes, this is a hockey tasting!
Uhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, what to do, what to do.
We really have no clue how this might go 
but since we love and honour the Original Six –
Toronto Maple Leafs / Montreal Canadiens / Detroit Red Wings / 
Chicago Black Hawks / Boston Bruins / New York Rangers -
and we love and honour all 1500 wine grape varietals, 
there must be some synergy somewhere in there.
Each team will be matched with a wine that embodies its ethos. 
Each team will be matched with a wine that speaks to its fan base. 
Each team will be matched with a wine that speaks to its star player.
The heated rivalries will be left on the bench…
today we honor the greatest sport in the land.
The specifics of the event:
-it will be a seated gathering, at communal tables
-6 wines will be enjoyed during the class + a welcome wine
-there will be a snack, because we  want your bellies to be happy
-there will be instruction and conversation...this is a class after all...
lasting roughly 60 minutes...
-there will not be a test at the finish of the class
