The Super Duper Über Terroir Wine 101 Course

Oh my, this is the wine course that you have dreamed about, 
finally birthed. We will begin in a state of wine suspension 
and then, 8 weeks later, you will walk tall and knowledgeable 
through the world of wine. 
Topics to be covered include: how to taste AND why we taste / 
how wine is made / Italian pedigree / Austrian magnificence / 
Chilean renaissance / Australian wonderment +++. 
No experience is required, only a thirst for knowledge 
and a desire to dive deep into the yummiest of humankind’s creation.
We will meet for 8 consecutive Tuesdays, beginning Tuesday, February 2nd.
The class time-frame will be 8:00pm - 9:15pm.
The class will be hosted on Zoom.
The professor is Paul Grieco, GM of Terroir
Each student* will be sent 2 bottles (750ml) for each class + class materials.

*if there are multiple students in one household sharing wine, 
the first student will pay $1200.00 
and the additional students will each pay $300.00 
**if you prefer to attend the class WITHOUT wine, the cost of a ticket is $400.00
