The Wines of Spain 101 - an increible 4-class Don Quixote-esque journey

Spain has seemingly burst upon the American wine scene
in the last 25 years. And to an extent this is true; the truer tale, though,
is that these incredible varietals and wines have existed for eons
and we just simply did not get to interact with them
in our wine playground. Today, there are no limitations to what
this incredible wine land is producing. From the classic, linear wines
of the north / the boisterous wines of the central plain and coast
and disparate islands / the fortified beauties of the south,
Spain can truly be your wine home for evermore.
Our 4-part Spanish Wine Class will touch upon
all the regions of this glorious landscape
(at least verbally...wine-wise, we will visit 11 regions)
We will delve into history / the Inquisition / the Royal Court /
El Greco / my grandmother's penchant for sherry at 4:00pm everyday / foodstuffs / Barcelona FC / jamon / dinner at 10:00pm / eternal sunshine.
Our goal is to make you thirsty for all the incredible wines
that Spain is bringing to our tabletops.

***the session will be held on ZOOM; we will send along the sign-on info
