Wine 101 - the United States of Wine...truly

a Terroir Wine 101 Class, focusing on the United States of Wine.

We will deep dive into the broad strokes that make our homeland 
a treasure trove of wine greatness...and truly, all 50 states are 
in the wine business...CRAZY!!! Yes, yes, we very much have a wine tilt 
to California (over 90% of our wine is made there), BUT the remainder 
of the country also has something to contribute to our wine conversation...
and we should perk up our ears to understand what is going on.
The class will be 60-75 minutes long.
The class will be accompanied by 2 bottles of wine*:
     -Jaimee Motley Mondeuse, Argillet, 2018, Santa Barbara
       -Hermann Wiemer Riesling, HJW Vineyard, 2019, Finger Lakes

*you can purchase a ticket which includes the 2 wines ($135.00) 
OR a ticket which excludes the 2 wines ($35.00)
**the session will be held on ZOOM; we will send along the sign-on info 
the morning of the class date. Please note: we will also be recording the session 
so I can show it to my mom later on...she wants to know what I am doing with my days.
