The Spirits of the Winter Season

While we relish spirits throughout the year, there is something 
that happens in the colder climes when a snifter of Cognac just seems righteous. 
And that is just on Mondays. For the rest of the week, we dip our toes 
into the frozen pond of all distillates, from Armagnac to Calvados 
to the absolute and unbridled purity of eau de vies. 
Simply put, the simple idea of distillation and distillates 
is to craft the purest essence of the thing.
Warning: seat belts are required for participation.
Spirit:    we have crafted a cool selection of 5 actual holiday spirits:
Cognac, Vieille Reserve, 20 Year, DUDOGNON
Armagnac, Hors d'Auge, CHATEAU de BRIAT
Calvados, Privilege, 18 Year, CAMUT
Pear William Eau de Vie, REISETBAUER
Apricot Eau de Vie, REISETBAUER
Tasting Kit* contains 1oz. of each spirit
Instructor: Paul Grieco of Terroir     
BIG NOTE: the spirits will be poured into smaller glass jars, individually labelled, 
to be enjoyed on the big night.
ONLY 20 TASTING PACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE. 
Pick up will be available at our shop at 24 Harrison Street 
Delivery is available for NYC residents only. 
SPECIAL NOTE: one can attend the class WITHOUT buying the spirits...the ticket price is $35.00 for the educational portion. Just select, under "ticket type" the option WITHOUT the spirits. Of course, we hope you go for the whole shebang.
